NCDS: Jerome Tang, Asst. Coach - Baylor ("Quick Check-in")

Just a quick check-in this month with us being on the road.

Five game to go in the regular season. It that time of year when everyone is talking about the Tournament & the Bubble. As a staff, there is a fine line between not talking about the Bubble & making sure that your team understands where they are at and what needs to be done.

We have continued to improve with every practice & every game. Our team is gaining an identity and playing with a sense of urgency. We had neither of those things when the season started. With only one senior on the roster we have had to learn how to operate in & win close games. The growth in each player individually & the team collectively has been very gratifying as a coach. I'm looking forward to the stretch run of the regular season. We are humble & hungry. God Bless.

In His Court ... Jerome Tang
