Wow!! What a ride up to this point-March Madness is just around the corner! Everyone is getting ready for that "Miracle Mile" or "Home Stretch". Some of us want to keep things rolling status quo, while some of us are still searching for the answers to problems that have plagued us all season!!

It has been a tough couple of weeks for the Titans!!! Just in terms of losing close games: Butler 64-62 loss, at Green Bay, 74-72 loss, and Wright State, a 65-61 loss. It surely builds character and shows what your young men are made of-they have bounced back with great focus and energy.

Happy Holidays To everyone!! What a great time of the year for college basketball fanatics-great match-ups... conference openers!! Awesome!! For some of you that don't know, basketball has it a little more difficult than some of the other sports because we are a two semester sport. We have competition in both semesters which means players have to be dialed in academically to both -or one slip up and you are watching from the bench!!

I just want to welcome everyone to "Chalktalk 2009-10". To make a long story short, I was approached by Chris about contributing and it was recommended by one of my former players at Central Michigan, Jon Borovich (now at Dayton, who by the way was one of the hardest working and toughest young man that I have ever been around) . For example, he played a complete year with a torn ACL; now how many guys do you think could do that? Its good to be here.
