Big East Notebook - Walker leads the way
It started over the summer as the Bronx native upped his game some by working on all aspects of it. It continued as he arrived early, in August, back on campus to meet and indoctrinate the incoming freshmen.
And now the rose is in full bloom as Connecticut’s star guard Kemba Walker is heads above all challengers as the premier Big East Player of the Year candidate.
